Physical Card Activation Procedure

Download the iOS or Android mobile application for Conduiit Connect:

Android app can be found here <insert link to PlayStore>

Log into the mobile app and you should see a new notification. Click the ‘Activate Card’ button

Enter the last 4 digits from your physical card. On entering the last digit the card will be automatically activated if the digits have been entered correctly

Virtual Card Activation Procedure

Virtual cards are automatically activated once the request has been approved by your Card Manager. To request a new virtual card:

Log into the app and you will be presented with an option to request a card

Click ‘Request Card’ and follow the instructions to complete the spend limit and purpose for the card.

Press the ‘Request Virtual Card’ button.

Once the request has been approved by your Card Manager you will receive a notification within the app for the approval and the card will be ready to use.
